The Growth Restaurant Leader role at Raising Cane's is a pivotal leadership position responsible for guiding new restaurant openings (NROs) and managing restaurant performance. This role involves providing strategic direction, overseeing daily restaurant operations, and supporting the development of the growth team to ensure all operational and performance standards are met. The Growth Restaurant Leader works closely with the Restaurant Leader during the NRO process, ensuring a smooth transition and successful launch of new locations. Embedded within a fast-paced kitchen environment, the role requires physical endurance, including walking, standing, lifting, and bending, as well as engagement with customers. Additionally, the work takes place both indoors and outdoors and involves exposure to food products, allergens, commercial cleaning agents, and industrial equipment, requiring strict adherence to safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment. The position offers competitive compensation starting from $65,000 annually, with additional monthly training incentives up to $1,500, which vary based on location, experience, and qualifications.
