The Customer Service Representative at Million Air plays a crucial role in daily operations, serving as a frontline ambassador who delivers elite customer service to both crew and passengers. This role demands a proactive and friendly approach, offering a warm welcome and comprehensive concierge services that include making reservations and anticipating customer needs to ensure an extraordinary stay. The Customer Service Representative collaborates closely with ground personnel to guarantee that all ground services are completed efficiently and accurately, including timely invoicing for services rendered. Candidates in this position are expected to maintain a neat and organized work area, manage inventory of hospitality amenities such as snacks and beverages, and provide timely feedback regarding service issues or customer concerns. The role requires excellent communication skills, basic mathematical ability, and proficiency with computer systems including Microsoft Office and point of sale programs.
