Join the Air China ground team at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). We are seeking a fluent Mandarin and English-speaking Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional service to our passengers at check-in, the boarding gate, and our premium lounge. Core Responsibilities: This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role. You will be responsible for assisting passengers with check-in, ticketing, flight information, and baggage inquiries. You will use your language skills to solve problems and provide a seamless airport experience for our diverse clientele. Qualifications & Requirements: Applicants must be fluent in both English and Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking). 1+ year of experience in customer service, aviation, or hospitality is required. Must be able to stand for long periods, work in a team, and pass all airport and TSA background checks. Must be legally authorized to work in the US. Work Schedule: This position requires full flexibility to work a variable shift-based schedule, which is essential for airport operations. You must be available to work early 'day time' shifts for departures, late 'night shift' shifts for arrivals, and be available for 'weekend shift' and holiday assignments. Compensation & Benefits: This role offers a competitive hourly wage, estimated between $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus a language pay differential.
