The Restaurant Manager role at Jack in the Box is a critical position within the Restaurant Field Operations department, reporting directly to the District Manager. This exempt position holds responsibility for managing the overall daily operations of a Jack in the Box restaurant unit with discretion over management decisions. The role demands strong leadership abilities to ensure the effective execution of the Service Profit Chain (SPC) and uphold the Brand Promise of the company. The Restaurant Manager is tasked with developing the restaurant team to deliver excellent internal service to employees, outstanding external service to customers, and to build restaurant sales and profitability while ensuring full compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and labor laws. Key responsibilities revolve around recruiting, training, and developing employees, managing staffing levels, maintaining operational excellence in food quality and guest service, and analyzing business performance metrics to drive sales growth and cost control.
