The role of the Mixologist with Four Seasons at this location involves preparing and serving a wide selection of wines, spirits, and cocktails at the flagship restaurant, Evelyn’s. The position demands expertise in mixing and pouring drinks accurately according to recipes, together with an ability to create vivid and engaging descriptions of each beverage’s origin, flavor profile, and preparation methods. Mixologists are also expected to confirm and process guest orders through the point-of-sales system, ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating and responding to their needs promptly and effectively, and handle transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
This full-time role requires versatility and dedication, as shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to cater to the diverse schedules of guests.
