The position involves a diverse range of duties, such as cleaning and maintaining assigned public and private areas, performing high and low dusting, washing ceilings, walls, lights, windows, and vents, as well as caring for various types of floors using specialized equipment like vacuums, high-speed buffers, and floor scrubbers. Additionally, the Porter will handle the transportation of waste materials and assist in setup and maintenance tasks such as arranging meeting rooms and replenishing supplies.
