The role at PHI Health is designed for exceptional pilots ready to make a meaningful impact beyond typical aviation duties. As a pilot at PHI Health based in Jackson, MS, you will operate under the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems (CAMTS) guidelines, flying the BH407 helicopter with both visual flight rules (VFR) and night vision goggles (NVG) capabilities, requiring an instrument rating. This 24-hour operation includes day and night shifts, demanding adaptability and readiness to respond at any hour. Successful candidates may be required to undergo aircraft transition and commit to a minimum service period, with relocation support available under specific terms. The role emphasizes safety management, adherence to strict company protocols, and active participation in community outreach programs.
