The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area within SNC specializes in high-performance ISR and aviation systems. The specific role available is part of SNC's Military Fellowship Program, which partners with initiatives such as SkillBridge and Hiring Our Heroes to offer valuable fellowship opportunities to active duty service members transitioning from military to civilian careers. This fellowship includes up to six months of on-the-job industry training, allowing participants to gain hands-on work experience in a leading aerospace company and build professional networks crucial for a successful transition. This program is exclusive to active duty members and is not intended for veterans who have already separated from the military.
Fellows will work closely with top professionals in the aerospace and defense industry, contributing to significant projects like the U.S. Air Force’s Survivable Airborne Operations Center (SAOC) mission. This mission involves modernizing and delivering next-generation airborne command post aircraft trusted by the highest levels of U.S. defense leadership to ensure robust command and control capabilities during national emergencies. The role requires dedication, innovation, and a passion for advancing national security through aerospace technology.

 - high school diploma or GED equivalent
 - two or more years of relevant experience or equivalent education
 - basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
 - understanding of inventory and supply chain logistics principles
 - experience with inventory databases
 - ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
 - U.S. citizenship
 - able to work collaboratively in team environments
