In addition to daily preparation and cooking tasks, the role involves performing opening, mid-shift, and closing duties to guarantee the kitchen operates smoothly. Main Event places a strong emphasis on cleanliness, safety, and teamwork, making it essential for candidates to be detail-oriented, communicative, and able to handle pressure effectively. The position is suitable for candidates who have at least six months of experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook, are 18 years or older, and possess or are willing to obtain a Food Handlers Certification as required.
