The Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing equipment including ovens, walk-in coolers and freezers, dish machines, fryers, mixers, tilt skillets, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with industry safety standards.   • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree or certification preferred
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience in repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and communicate effectively
  • Ability to manage workflow timely and consistently
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
  • Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Relevant certifications preferred such as EPA 608 CFESA
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Knowledgeable about all safety requirements
