The Delivery Driver role is vital to Misfits Market’s operations, as it places you directly at the intersection of the company’s fulfillment centers and customers. Delivery drivers are responsible for safely and efficiently delivering grocery orders to customers within designated time windows and ensuring the products arrive in excellent condition. Responsibilities include navigating various weather conditions safely, using proper lifting techniques to handle up to 150 boxes per shift weighing up to 50 lbs each, and supporting recycling initiatives through a packaging return program. Additionally, you may be called upon to assist other drivers with their routes or work overtime, supporting overall delivery volume as needed. • Valid state issued driver’s license for at least 2 years
• Valid Class C driver's license with a clean driving record
• 2 years of delivery driving experience
• Comfortable operating a delivery van in all weather conditions
• Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends if needed
