We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our growing team at Cardinal View Senior Living. This full-time position offers weekday shifts from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15.45 to $18.80, depending on experience. Same day pay is also available, ensuring flexibility and financial convenience for our staff. The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere, acting as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, tenants, and staff. This position requires a compassionate and professional individual who enjoys interacting with people and making a positive impact on the lives of seniors. You will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, directing them as needed, and answering multi-line telephones with a polite and professional demeanor.
In addition to front desk responsibilities, this role includes various administrative duties such as typing, filing, payroll assistance, managing mail distribution, processing accounts payable, and maintaining personnel files. You will provide essential support to the business office functions, helping keep the community’s operations running smoothly and efficiently.
