The Doughnut Maker role is vital within the Krispy Kreme team, as these employees are responsible for producing the iconic doughnuts that define the brand. Working in this role, you’ll be tasked with preparing and managing all aspects of doughnut production, including making the dough, yeast brew, glaze, fillings, and icings to the highest quality standards that meet Krispy Kreme’s expectations. This position requires precision in measuring and weighing ingredients, mixing, frying, and monitoring critical factors such as times and temperatures to ensure product freshness and minimize waste.
