We are currently seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our dedicated team of professionals. In this role, you will be an integral part of the patient care experience, providing critical support that aligns all stakeholders—patients, providers, payors, and regulators—to achieve the best possible clinical outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and registering patients in a friendly and service-oriented manner, verifying insurance and patient information, collecting co-pays, and managing appointment schedules. Additionally, you will serve as a critical communication link by answering phone calls, providing preparatory and safety orientations to patients, and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure timely and effective care delivery.
This role requires a strong commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities.
