We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Aircraft Planner to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is crucial in supporting all facets of aircraft maintenance and modification projects. As an Aircraft Planner, you will be responsible for technical estimations, dock control, billing processes, labor hour reporting, and ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company policies. The successful candidate will have a strong command of aircraft manuals, maintenance procedures, and non-destructive testing methods, coupled with the ability to interpret engineering orders, blueprints, and service bulletins. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating complex projects, collaborating with various departments and customer representatives, and resolving planning-related issues with professionalism and tact. The role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with the physical ability to access all parts of aircraft by climbing work stands when necessary.   • B.S. Aviation Management or related technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years commercial aviation experience, preferably repair station oriented
  • Proficient in aircraft manuals and maintenance procedures
  • Familiarity with non-destructive testing methods
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation and blueprints
  • Working knowledge of FAA regulations and standard aviation paperwork procedures
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn software applications and mainframe systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to climb work stands and access all parts of the aircraft
