We are currently seeking a talented Restaurant General Manager to join our team full-time on site, with a competitive salary ranging from $80,200 to $95,000 per year, dependent on experience. This role is designed for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting and who is passionate about leading and nurturing a team of friendly food enthusiasts. As General Manager, you will be instrumental in running daily operations seamlessly, overseeing restaurant activities from customer service to inventory control, and maintaining the high standards for which Mendocino Farms is known. You will play a vital role in coaching and developing staff, driving results, and fostering an environment where both staff and guests feel valued and engaged.
The ideal candidate will bring over five years of high-volume hospitality management experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage large teams, deliver effective feedback, and engage with the full spectrum of restaurant duties, from kitchen work to office administration.
