This role requires quick decision-making, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and clear communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust throughout the restoration process. A Branch Manager is also responsible for assessing damages caused by water, fire, and mold, preparing accurate job estimates, and safely utilizing specialized restoration equipment. In addition to operational duties, the position offers significant financial incentives and growth potential. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 annually, with options for W-2 or 1099 employment to suit different working preferences.
