The Event Coordinator role at AEG is a pivotal position dedicated to supporting the planning and execution of various events including professional and collegiate sports, internal meetings, press conferences, fundraisers, and ceremonies. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Event Services, this role demands a high level of organization, communication, and operational expertise. The Event Coordinator is responsible for managing all event details—ranging from budget preparation to staff management—while continuously researching and integrating new event trends. The role involves working closely with Event Managers and venue department heads to ensure seamless execution of projects related to event production. The Event Coordinator enforces facility policies and coordinates multi-departmental communications to ensure that event requirements are clearly understood and met. This includes preparing detailed production notes and organizing event documentation efficiently.
