The opportunity available is for a part-time Front Desk position within the Physical Therapy Department located in Santa Clarita, California. This role is pivotal in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of the clinical environment, directly supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care. The Front Desk staff member serves as the first point of contact for patients, whether through telephone or in-person interactions. Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing appointment schedules, verifying insurance information, and assisting with documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with healthcare protocols.
The part-time schedule is designed for afternoon to early evening hours, either from 1 pm to 6 pm or 2 pm to 7 pm, five days a week.
