We are currently seeking a dedicated Cold Station Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is pivotal in preparing, cooking, and assembling a variety of cold food items including salads, cold appetizers, and both hot and cold desserts served throughout the restaurant. The position requires meticulous attention to detail in food preparation and ensures that all dishes meet the high standards of quality and presentation expected at The Capital Grille. The Cold Station Cook also plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of the kitchen by stocking necessary items and adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines. This role offers competitive pay ranging from $20.76 to $23.00 per hour, reflecting the skill and dedication required.
