The Aerospace, Defense & Aviation (ADAS) group at A&M represents a core area within PEPI, providing strategic and operational advisory services to clients such as the Department of Defense (DoD), foreign governments, multinational corporations, prime contractors, OEMs, and global supplier networks. Recognized for addressing critical issues related to market pressures, financial solvency, and national security concerns, this segment blends technical, financial, and operational expertise to promote EBITDA enhancements and organizational effectiveness across the defense industrial base. The ADAS Manager role is crucial in supporting these objectives. This full-time position is flexible regarding location within the United States with an expected salary range of $125,000 to $190,000 annually, supplemented by discretionary bonuses based on individual and firm performance. The role involves managing large, complex client engagements while closely collaborating with ADAS leadership to design and implement innovative business solutions. Managers synthesize actionable insights from data, develop strategic recommendations, and work directly with clients to achieve operational improvements. Responsibilities span key areas such as cost transparency, margin management, pricing strategies, sales and marketing effectiveness, operations productivity, organizational structure, process improvement, working capital optimization, and SG&A cost reduction. • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field
• Minimum of 8 years professional consulting or operations experience
• Proven experience leading complex engagements
• Strong analytical, communication and client relationship skills
